Store Assistant Manager

The Store Assistant Manager partners with the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the thrift store, including opening and closing procedures, point of sale operations, and inventory management. This role assumes responsibility for all store operations in the absence of the Store Manager and assists in monitoring key performance indicators to drive sales and profitability. The position involves supervising staff, ensuring customer and donor satisfaction, and maintaining safety and security standards.
