Store Manager – Lancaster (Instore)

The Store Manager will lead the Lancaster retail team to become destination experts, recommending and selling holidays, cruises, UK breaks and additional products while delivering exceptional sales and service results. The role involves coaching and developing staff, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and using feedback to improve satisfaction and loyalty. The manager will also drive the team to exceed sales and service targets, recruit and retain talent, and work a varied shift pattern including weekends and bank holidays.
