About this role
The Account Executive sells NiCE CXone Mpower solutions by building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and expanding market share across business, commercial, government, and contact center segments. The role focuses on driving revenue growth through enterprise agreements, high-level stakeholder engagement, and coordination of sales activities to ensure successful solution implementation. Reporting to the RVP of Sales, this individual contributor position represents the company to C-level and VP-level executives across assigned regions.
