The Strategy and Ops Team Lead at Sword Health is responsible for driving operational excellence across the organization in Portugal, using AI and data to scale and optimize internal workflows. The role combines ownership of strategic, high-impact projects with direct leadership and mentoring of an operations team. Working within the Strategy & Operations organization, this position helps build the scalable foundations of Sword’s AI-first healthcare platform and supports evidence-based decision-making at the leadership level. It is based in Portugal with flexibility for remote or hybrid work.
