About this role
The Vice President of Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy will architect and optimize the company’s revenue growth engine across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations. This executive partners with senior leadership (CSO, CFO, CMO, CEO) to define segmentation, coverage models, capacity planning, territory design, and compensation frameworks, and to shape the systems and governance that drive GTM performance. This is a remote-first, enterprise-level role focused on scaling a high-performing Revenue Operations organization for recurring revenue growth.
