The Strategy & Operations Analyst Intern role at Raidium involves supporting the development strategy and daily operations of an early-stage AI-native healthcare startup. The intern will work directly with the Strategy & Operations team and founders to improve processes, manage roadmaps, and support strategic initiatives. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to high-level responsibilities and build core startup skills in a dynamic environment.
Raidium has developed a radiological foundation model — described as the "GPT" of radiology — and an AI-native platform that embeds that model into imaging workflows. The technology creates scalable imaging biomarkers for both clinical practice and research, with an initial focus on clinical-trial endpoints such as RECIST in oncology. By combining an AI-native PACS viewer and centralized biomarker generation, Raidium aims to unify disparate AI tools, simplify radiology workflows, and accelerate precision-medicine use cases for radiologists, researchers, and trial sponsors.
