The Substitute Program Leader provides homework assistance, academic enrichment, and physical activities to students while serving as a positive role model and mentor. This part-time role requires creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment that fosters student growth and positive behavior choices. The position involves implementing lesson plans, maintaining site safety and order, and communicating student needs to coordinators and parents.
