Supervisor Stationary Maintenance

The Supervisor Stationary Maintenance provides frontline leadership for the safe, reliable, and cost-effective execution of stationary mechanical maintenance for fixed-plant systems at the Stillwater Mine. This role involves directing maintenance crews, controlling risk and quality, coordinating equipment access with Operations and Electrical, and ensuring accurate reporting of work completion and conditions. The position requires strong leadership, safety compliance, and the ability to manage shift plans and resource allocation effectively.
