Supply Chain Development Program

A two-year Supply Chain Development Program offering four six-month rotations across key supply chain functions, designed to accelerate early-career professionals through on-the-job training and leadership development. Participants begin with a 14-week operations management training cohort and then complete practical rotational assignments in areas such as Logistics, Sourcing, Planning, Samples, Integrated Customer Care, and Business Solutions. The program provides exposure to a large integrated supply chain organization and focuses on developing analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
