About this role

The Support/Expeditor at Level99 works closely with both the back-of-house and front-of-house teams to ensure all dine-in, takeout, and delivery orders are accurate and meet quality and presentation standards. The role operates in a fast-paced, high-energy gaming and dining environment, using a TOAST KDS expo screen to manage order flow across multiple service areas. This position supports Level99’s “craft better” food program and contributes to a seamless guest experience in the venue’s bar and restaurant. The environment emphasizes cross-training, flexibility, and collaborative teamwork.
