About this role
The Chef de Cuisine is the culinary leader for Level99’s Disney Springs location, overseeing the food and beverage program within a real-world gaming and entertainment venue. The role is hands-on and focused on delivering an elevated dining experience alongside the venue’s games, bar, and events. This position reports to the venue Director of Operations and works with external F&B executive leadership.
