Sushi Chef

The Sushi Chef reports to the Head Chef and is responsible for preparing authentic Japanese sushi, stocks, soups, and sauces with a focus on quality, hygiene, and presentation. This role requires extensive knowledge of fresh ingredient selection, knife skills, and the ability to create signature dishes while managing supply ordering and storage. The chef must maintain high standards in a fast-paced, high-sales environment, often working weekends and holidays.
