The Learning and Development Project Manager (Contract) owns planning and delivery of L&D programs across APAC, partnering with HR Business Partners to ensure employees have the skills and capabilities needed to succeed. The role manages a regional portfolio of training initiatives for roughly 350 employees across Sydney, Korea, and Hong Kong and helps shape scalable, impactful learning at scale. The position is embedded in a fast-paced, collaborative trading firm environment (IMC).
