System Technician- Lead

The System Technician- Lead is responsible for installing, setting up, testing, maintaining, and repairing signal processing equipment, fibers, and cables from the head-end to the customer premise. This role involves performing FCC tests, conducting QC and safety audits, and analyzing system performance reports to direct preventive and remedial activities. The position also includes assisting in the planning, training, and evaluation of Broadband Network Technicians while ensuring compliance with FCC, NESC, OSHA, and WOW standards.
