Systems Administrator

The Systems Administrator provides second-tier technical support for Meriplex’s Technical Assistance Center, resolving Level 2 end-user issues and delivering exemplary customer service. This role involves troubleshooting mid-level technical problems, including firewall administration and Azure subscriptions, while servicing multiple client locations across Northern California. The position requires strong communication skills and adherence to standard operating procedures to manage customer requests effectively.
