The Specialist, Broadband at T-Mobile is an outside sales role focused on expanding the customer base through door-to-door and community interactions. This position represents T-Mobile’s broadband offerings, presents current promotions, answers customer questions, and helps new customers transition to T-Mobile services. The role supports the Direct to Consumer sales program and reports to the Sr. Manager, Direct to Consumer Sales.
