The Talent Acquisition Manager will be the sole dedicated recruiter at a B2B SaaS scale-up (~130 people), embedded in a five-person People & Culture team. This hands-on role owns hiring across the company, partners with leaders across Sales, Engineering, Product, and G&A, and builds a scalable, metrics-driven hiring engine. The role emphasizes leveraging AI and automation to improve recruiting outcomes and offers the chance to broaden HR experience and grow within the People function.
