Talent and Learning Partner

The Talent and Learning Partner at Jabil drives talent strategy and learning initiatives across Asia, with primary focus on Vietnam, to enable organizational capability and leadership development. The role implements global L&D programs, supports talent review and succession planning, and partners with site HR and leaders to promote a culture of continuous learning. It collaborates with regional and global teams to design curricula, measure learning effectiveness, and lead talent and learning projects.
