Team Lead, Inbound Follow‑Up

The role leads and develops the inbound follow‑up team, overseeing SDRs, Sales Associates, and the Sales Trainer while establishing cadence, CRM hygiene, and onboarding standards. It focuses on designing and testing follow‑up sequences, improving mid‑funnel conversion, managing channel‑partner leads, and ensuring sales knowledge and compliance. Success is measured by metrics such as demo recovery rates, response‑time SLA, deal conversion, and revenue recovered from aged pipelines.
