About this role

The Technical Account Manager at GenScript/ProBio serves as the primary technical contact for customers, providing high-level technical support to enable sales and marketing activities. The role supports customer relationships through project management and project design while overseeing day-to-day customer service operations. This is a fully remote U.S.-based position (preferably West Coast) with occasional travel.
