About this role

Tulip is seeking a Technical Account Manager to join its Customer Success team, serving as the technical advisor for customers using Tulip’s AI-powered, cloud-native no-code platform. The role partners closely with customers and internal account teams to help manufacturers realize value, drive adoption, and achieve operational excellence objectives. The position is based in Somerville, MA in a hybrid environment (3+ days per week in office).
