About this role

The Technical Account Manager (TAM) is a technical customer advocate who ensures designated customers receive holistic support across FireMon’s product, services, and support offerings. The TAM serves as the primary technical liaison between customers and internal teams, communicates customer priorities and product needs, and provides visibility into product roadmaps and release activities. The role is focused on driving customer success, retention, and adoption and includes periodic onsite engagement.
