A Technical Architect on Workato’s Professional Services team who guides customers on automation best practices, architecture patterns, and governance to help scale their automation initiatives. The role serves as a trusted technical advisor for the Workato platform across initial and expansion engagements and contributes to enablement content for customers and partners. It also supports partner coaching and internal team enablement through mentoring and knowledge transfer.
