Technical Consultant

This role is a client-facing implementation consultant on the Bazaarvoice services team, responsible for end-to-end delivery of the Bazaarvoice core platform for customers. Based in Vilnius and working US-aligned hours, the position oversees projects from planning and design through configuration, data migration, and production QA. The role also includes training client teams, ensuring smooth handoffs to internal teams, and maintaining strong client relationships. It sits at the intersection of technology and professional services, helping brands realize value from Bazaarvoice solutions.
