About this role

The Professional Services Consultant at Outreach serves as a trusted advisor to customers immediately after purchase, guiding them through onboarding and implementation of the Outreach platform. The role focuses on providing strategic insight around best practices, GTM strategy, and technical configuration to ensure customers realize value quickly. This position collaborates closely with internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs, capture customer feedback, and support long-term adoption. It reports to the Consulting Practice Manager and contributes to scaling Outreach’s professional services capabilities.
