The Technical Project Manager for EMEA at Hiya is responsible for leading the delivery of complex carrier integrations, particularly for Hiya Protect, which includes authenticated call setups and network-level voice security deployments. This role requires collaboration across multiple teams, including Engineering and Product, to ensure precise planning, execution, and tracking of projects, which last between 20 to 25 weeks. The TPM will act as the main point of contact for carriers, ensuring timely deliverables while promoting process improvements for future integrations. Proficiency in REST APIs, AWS services, and telecom fundamentals is essential to successfully navigate technical challenges and stakeholder management.
