About this role

The Technical Recruiter at Oktopost is responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment for technical roles while supporting local HR operations in Israel. The role sits within the HR team, partnering closely with hiring managers across R&D and other functions. In addition to driving a structured, data-informed recruiting process, the recruiter will manage site-related HR activities that support employee experience and office needs. This position reports directly to the HR Manager and works alongside another Talent Acquisition partner.
