Technical Support Analyst

About this role
The Technical Support Analyst supports College Track's IT strategy by providing high-quality technical support to staff, assisting with the design, configuration, and maintenance of technical systems, and advancing the organization’s mission through reliable technology solutions. The role partners with the Information Technology Department and other teams to modernize infrastructure, standardize processes, and improve automation and customer service. The analyst will influence technical direction and participate in cross-functional projects while ensuring system security and reliability.
