About this role

As a problem-solving, developer-focused technologist, you will serve as the highest point of escalation for Bullhorn clients in resolving complex technical and custom application inquiries. You will function as a crossroads between internal engineering teams to ensure issues are solved efficiently, collaborating with Product Management to triage high-impact development items. This role requires deep troubleshooting skills, root cause analysis, and the ability to communicate technical details effectively to drive timely resolutions.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot complex software and technical issues with clients
Consult with clients to identify root causes and drive resolution
Qualify and prioritize development issues for engineering teams
Support communication and testing for infrastructure maintenance
Own and escalate critical technical issues to ensure customer satisfaction
