The Technical Support Engineer is a Field Engineering team member reporting to the Sr. Director of Field Engineering, contributing to Torq’s AI-native autonomous SecOps platform. The role supports customer success and works closely with technical peers across time zones to help realize product value. This is a remote position based in Poland (preferred Warsaw) with Monday–Friday hours. The role sits within a fast-growing startup focused on security automation and product-led customer outcomes.
