A member of Varicent's Technical Support team who helps ensure customers realize value from the company’s SaaS revenue solutions by providing expert frontline support and representing the customer voice internally. The role partners closely with Product and Engineering to drive product improvements and deliver excellent customer experiences. This position is fully remote but requires working within Eastern Standard Time business hours.
