Telecommunicator

This position is responsible for receiving incoming emergency and non-emergency calls and dispatching personnel for law enforcement, fire, EMS, and other services in an accurate and timely manner. The role involves maintaining dispatch records, providing basic medical instructions over the phone, and monitoring radio communications and alarm panels. The Telecommunicator also handles routine assistance for callers and may be required to testify in court or attend training sessions to maintain job skills.
