Temporary Accommodation Caseworker

This role delivers high-quality, empathetic temporary accommodation and homelessness advice to customers, aiming to minimize time in temporary housing and ensure sustainable long-term solutions. The incumbent investigates homelessness cases under the Homelessness Reduction Act 2017, manages tenancy licenses, arranges emergency accommodations, and provides practical support while occasionally supervising team members or deputizing for the Team Leader. Working across various settings including offices, customer homes, and community areas, the position requires driving and navigating complex customer needs alongside legislative compliance.
