About this role
The Texas Home Visiting Supervisor leads implementation and oversight of the Texas Home Visiting contract for Buckner Children and Family Services, ensuring fidelity to the SafeCare model and compliance with contract requirements. The role supervises and develops Home Visitors, supports program collaboration with the community, and ensures accurate, timely documentation and data management. The supervisor also represents the program externally and supports quality improvement and resource development.
