Thermal Process Development Engineer

This role is responsible for developing thermal processes for new products and product improvements, ensuring food safety and quality under manufacturing conditions. The position requires collaborating cross-functionally with teams such as Product Development, Quality, and Engineering to successfully launch new products and execute strategic initiatives. The role involves conducting hands-on heat penetration testing, analyzing test data, and recommending appropriate lethality values to support process development.
