About this role

An MSc thesis position at ABB Corporate Research to validate and quantify cost savings from optimized mine dewatering using real mine data and historical electricity prices. The project will improve and test previously developed methods over extended periods (>6 months) and link optimizations to Unity 3D for visualization. The role is onsite in Västerås and runs January/February–June/July 2026 (approx. 5 months) for 30 ECTS.
