A 12-month rotational leadership-development program for recent college graduates, the TRAIL Operations Specialist role places full-time employees into hands-on rotations in investor reporting, accounting, and invoicing with mentorship from business-area leaders. Participants gain practical experience in process improvement, business analysis, and leadership while receiving training and opportunities to attain certifications. The program begins July 2026 and is designed to develop future company leaders.
