About this role

This role offers an opportunity to kick-start a mining career with MACA's Drill & Blast teams across Western Australian mine sites. The position involves receiving comprehensive on-the-job training to safely and efficiently operate a range of drill rigs while working a 2:1 roster. You will contribute to daily production targets and build the technical skills required to progress into a qualified Driller role.

Responsibilities

Operate production drilling equipment and conduct pre-start inspections
Support drill setup, rod handling, and drilling activities
Follow Drill and Blast plans and operational procedures
