The Training & Development Leader will partner with Human Resources, leaders, and team members across all departments and regions to advance RWDI's training and development culture. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing strategic learning programs, assessing capability gaps, and measuring the impact of learning initiatives. The leader will also oversee a small global team, manage vendor relationships and budgets, and communicate program progress to senior leadership.
RWDI is a global engineering consultancy that delivers climate resilience, wind and environmental engineering, and building performance solutions. Combining physical testing (including wind tunnel), computational fluid dynamics, measurement & monitoring, and building science, they assess wind loads, pedestrian comfort, air quality, acoustics, and energy/performance issues.
