Transition Specialist/Data Entry Assistant

The Transition Specialist/Data Entry Assistant supports the RISE Transitional Services team by providing reliable transportation for participants returning to the community and ensuring timely, accurate data entry and administrative coordination. The role involves conducting participant pickups from correctional facilities, escorting individuals safely to designated locations, and maintaining accurate transportation and service records. When not performing transportation duties, the specialist supports pre-release data entry processes and administrative tasks to facilitate successful community reentry.
