Vice President of Development

The Vice President of Development provides strategic and operational leadership for BCH's core fundraising functions, working closely with the Chief Advancement Officer to translate the organization's broader Advancement strategy into effective fundraising plans and measurable results. The role involves managing, integrating, and overseeing annual giving, major giving, legacy giving, and grantwriting to ensure alignment and achievement of established goals. This position focuses on developing fundraising strategy, ensuring its effective execution by the team, and driving donor acquisition, retention, and growth.
