The Vice President of Principal Gifts at College Track is a mission-driven senior leader responsible for shaping and executing the organization’s individual giving strategy to support national growth and long-term sustainability. Reporting to the Chief Philanthropy Officer, the role provides strategic oversight of a multi-million dollar principal giving portfolio and serves as a visible ambassador to high-net-worth donors, board members, and external partners. The role partners across Philanthropy, Education, and Data & Analytics to align fundraising with organizational priorities and leads the Principal Gifts team to ensure cohesive, data-informed donor engagement and stewardship.
