About this role
The Vice President of Philanthropy will lead Boulder Crest Foundation’s fundraising and philanthropic strategy to support Posttraumatic Growth programs for service members, veterans, first responders, and their families. Reporting to the CEO and serving on the leadership team, this senior role will drive sustainable revenue growth, strengthen donor and partner relationships, and help shape the organization’s strategic direction. The position is mission-focused and aimed at scaling impact across multiple wellness centers and national partnerships.
