About this role

The VP, Analytics leads the Skillz Platform analytics across SDK and Arena, overseeing a team of roughly ten people in four sub‑functions. This role is responsible for measurement integrity, experiment quality, and decision velocity, acting as an independent scoring authority for the company's economy and partnering with product, growth, engineering, and finance leadership.

Establish and govern a single source of truth metric dictionary and Snowflake semantic layer
