About this role
The VP of Consultant Relations at Sword Health will lead the company’s global consultant and brokerage strategy, owning and scaling strategic partnerships with major benefits consulting and brokerage firms. The role focuses on positioning Sword as an AI-first healthcare partner to consultants and their payer, employer, and health system clients to drive enterprise adoption, sustained growth, and long-term revenue impact. This position is a core member of the Commercial Leadership Team and reports to the Chief Enterprise Officer.
