The Vice President, Operational Excellence leads a Center of Expertise focused on process design, development, and continuous improvement for AltaMed’s PACE program. The role provides leadership and consulting across sites and functions, and oversees PACE-wide shared services to support compliance and an excellent participant experience. The position drives standardization and scalable operational capabilities to enable growth and competitive advantage.
