Web Designer

Factory is seeking a hands-on Web Designer to own the end-to-end design and development of its website, from initial concept to production code and ongoing updates. This role involves creating visual direction, interactive experiences, and motion design while collaborating with Design, Marketing, and Engineering teams to ship frequent improvements. The ideal candidate will balance ambitious creative work with rapid execution to ensure a responsive, accessible, and high-performing user experience.
