The Workforce Navigator implements direct service delivery for the Learn 2 Earn program, supporting out-of-school youth ages 17-24 with job readiness, academic planning, and internship placement. The role involves recruiting participants, providing training, coordinating with community partners, and offering ongoing support to help youth achieve their employment and education goals.
We provide temporary & transitional housing, crisis nursery services, school-based counseling, street outreach, and much more to the Rochester community.
