Workforce Planning Analyst

The Workforce Planning Analyst prepares departmental work schedules for Gaming, Food & Beverage, and Hotel divisions to ensure adequate and economical staffing levels while maintaining excellent guest service. This role involves analyzing business needs to create efficient schedules, forecasting staffing requirements, and recommending policies to standardize practices across departments. The position requires collaboration with Human Resources and Payroll to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
