Youth Advocate

This role provides mentorship and advocacy services to youth ages 16–24, managing a consistent caseload to develop Individualized Service Plans that address areas for improvement and connect youth to employment and educational opportunities. The position involves recruiting youth into employability skills training, facilitating employer engagement for subsidized and unsubsidized work experiences, and co-facilitating training to support gainful employment. The advocate collaborates with community resources, justice system representatives, and SGA leadership to ensure youth compliance and successful placement in career pathways.
